Manage 2-Step Verification Settings 

You can manage the 2-Step Verification settings in your WhatsApp account. You have the option to turn this feature on or off, change your PIN, or update the email address associated with 2-Step Verification. Enable two-step verification VerificationOpen WhatsApp settings.Tap Account > 2-Step Verification > Activate. Enter a six-digit PIN of your choice and confirm it. Provide an email address that you can access, or tap Skip if you don't want to add an email address. We recommend adding an email address as it allows you to reset two-step verification and protect your account. Tap Next.Confirm the email address and tap Save or Done. If you don't add an email address and forget your PIN, you'll have to wait 7 days before you can reset your PIN. As we do not verify this email address for accuracy, please ensure you provide a correct email address that you can access. 

Disable 2-Step Verification: 

Open WhatsApp Settings.Tap Account > 2-Step Verification > Disable > Disable. Change your 2-Step Verification PIN. Open WhatsApp settings. Tap Account > 2-Step Verification > Change PIN. Add an email address.Open WhatsApp settings. Tap Account > 2-Step Verification > tap Add Email Address. Change email address Open WhatsApp settings. Tap Account > 2-Step Verification > tap Change Email Address.
